Choco - Brownie Cake





Ingredients


Coco Powder - 1/2 cup or 50 grams All Purpose Flour - 200 grams Powdered Sugar - 1/2 cup Curd / Buttermilk - 3/4 cup Baking Powder - 1 tsp. Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp Vegetable Oil - 1/4 cup Gems / Skittle / M and M's Procedure

  1. In a mixing bowl, add curd and vegetable oil. Mix them

2. Now take a sieve and sieve all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder and cocoa powder into the bowl. 3. Combine all the ingredients together using cut and fold method. 4. Make a smooth batter 5. Now grease a cake tin with butter or use parchment paper. 6. Now pour the mixture into the cake tin. 7. Let the cake sit in the microwave for 3 - 4 minutes or bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. 8. Once the cake is set use a toothpick to check whether the cake is perfectly cooked or not. 9. Carefully take the out of the cake tin. 10. Allow it to cool for 10 - 15 minutes. 11. Decorate your cake with gems or skittles or m and m's. 12. Serve cold.
